LL30 at moderate depth, LL25 as the sealed wearing course
The existing surface material is mixed with the LL30 binder at moderate depth, regraded, compacted, then sealed with LL25. The street regains a profile, cohesion, and imperviousness — recycling in place what is already there.

LL-TEQ is not a general or specialized contractor under the Building Act (CQLR, c. B-1.1) and holds no RBQ licence. A certificate of authenticity and product compliance, issued by the manufacturer, is provided.
The price
How the price is set
Every solution is quoted per m². The price follows from the loading design: the treatment depth and the product charge per m², set by our engineering design for your project. No published figure replaces a design — every quote is generated per project.
Environment
Recycling the road in place is also a carbon story

Material recycled in place
The existing pavement becomes the new structure: no mass excavation, no granular hauling, no asphalt plant.
Non-toxic runoff
Acute toxicity testing on simulated runoff water: no acute toxicity observed (EPA methods 2000.0 / 2002.0, Coastal Bioanalysts, 2013). No soil contamination and no alkalinization.

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference with structural reclamation?
It's the depth. Resurfacing treats the wearing course of a street that still bears the load; structural reclamation re-treats the entire structure (100–200 mm) of an end-of-life pavement. See structural reclamation
When does it reopen to traffic?
The LL25 seal follows final compaction; reopening to traffic is the subject of a written recommendation depending on site conditions.
What about isolated potholes?
For spot repairs without a resurfacing project, the LL-TEQ pothole kit covers 300 to 400 m² of repairs per kit — see the Products page.
