Dust control that depends on the weather isn't a strategy

Chlorides wear out

Calcium chloride and lignosulfonate depend on ambient humidity: in dry weather — exactly when dust is worst — they let go, and every rain washes them out.

Corrosion costs

Chloride attacks chassis, brakes and structures — on a mining or forestry fleet, the bill is real.

Dust is an obligation

Visibility on haul roads, respiratory health, neighbours: dust control isn't a comfort, it's an operating requirement.

The LL-TEQ solution

Sprayed LL25 — the surface is bound, not watered

The LL25 seal is sprayed by tanker truck or distributor onto the existing surface: it penetrates, sets and binds the fines mechanically. The effect doesn't depend on humidity, doesn't let go at the first storm, and doesn't attack your equipment. Seasonal programs make trialing it easy — this is the typical entry point for mining and forestry accounts.

How the price is set

Every solution is quoted per m². The price follows from the loading design: the treatment depth and the product charge per m², set by our engineering design for your project. No published figure replaces a design — every quote is generated per project.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it last?

Longer than chlorides, because the effect is a mechanical bond rather than a hygroscopic one. Actual duration depends on traffic and the application rate selected; seasonal programs plan for reapplication.

Is this compatible with our environmental obligations?

Acute toxicity testing on simulated runoff (EPA 2000.0 / 2002.0, Coastal Bioanalysts 2013) observed no acute toxicity — and the product contains no chlorides.

How do we try it?

Through a trial segment within a seasonal program: a section of haul road or path, an engineered application rate, a measurable comparison against your current practice.
