The problem

A gullying slope becomes a compliance file

The compliance obligation

Sediment control, watercourse protection, certificate-of-authorization conditions: a gullying slope is a non-compliance that photographs itself.

Vegetation arrives too late

Hydroseeding and erosion-control blankets assume a growing season. On poor soils, steep slopes, or late in the season, vegetation does not establish in time.

Every rain costs

Sediment in ditches and basins, repeated slope repairs, complaints: untreated erosion is paid for in repeat work.

The LL-TEQ solution

LL25 sprayed on exposed soils

The LL25 sealant is sprayed directly onto slopes and exposed surfaces: it penetrates, binds the particles, and forms a cohesive layer that resists runoff — immediate effect, without waiting for a growing season. It works alone or alongside vegetation established later.

  • LL-TEQ: loading and depth design, SOPs, technical presence, coordination
  • The contractor or the client: execution of the works with their own equipment
  • A compliance purchase: the solution is documented (application rate, manufacturer's tests, site report) for your environmental file
Surface stabilized with LL-TEQ technology

Runoff tested: no acute toxicity observed on simulated runoff water from an LL25-treated surface (EPA methods 2000.0 / 2002.0, Coastal Bioanalysts, 2013) — an argument that matters precisely in a sediment-control file.

The frame

What's included — and what isn't

Included in the LL-TEQ solution

  • Site visit and design data collection
  • Project-specific specifications and execution procedures
  • Project-tailored formulation and loading, produced after quote acceptance
  • Coordinated delivery and technical briefing of operators (LL-TEQ SOPs)
  • LL-TEQ / Landlock technicians present at every stage
  • End-of-site technical report and return-to-service recommendation

Done by the contractor or the client

  • Execution of the works with their own equipment
  • Signage and traffic management
  • Access control during curing
  • Permits and authorizations
  • Drainage works and marking

LL-TEQ is not a general or specialized contractor under the Building Act (CQLR, c. B-1.1) and holds no RBQ licence. A certificate of authenticity and product compliance, issued by the manufacturer, is provided.

The price

How the price is set

Every solution is quoted per m². The price follows from the loading design: the treatment depth and the product charge per m², set by our engineering design for your project. No published figure replaces a design — every quote is generated per project.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is the effect really immediate?

The treated surface sets as it dries — in the manufacturer's documented tests, an LL25-treated surface was hard to the touch after 24 h of drying. The exact window depends on the weather and the application rate.

Is this compatible with vegetation establishment?

Yes — the treatment stabilizes the soil while vegetation establishes, or serves as the stabilization where vegetation won't establish.

On which surfaces?

Construction slopes, embankments and cuts, bared soils, mine closures, ditch banks — slopes accessible by spraying.

A slope to stabilize before the next rain?

Tell us about your site — we come back with a design and a per-m² quote.
