A military infrastructure need doesn't wait for a construction season. The classic equipment train — plant, asphalt trucks, haul fleet — is slow to deploy and vulnerable.

The logistics burden

Every tonne moved to an austere site costs fuel, hours and exposure. Asphalt and concrete are the heaviest materials to deliver.

Procurement compliance

Defence buys through specs, standards and traceability. A solution without signed test documentation doesn't clear procurement.

The LL-TEQ solution

LL30 and LL25, loaded per scenario

The LL30 binder is mixed into the in-place material — base roads, staging areas, helipads, temporary strips — to the depth the load requires. The LL25 seal closes the surface. LL-TEQ provides the loading design, the SOPs, the manufacturer's test documentation and coordination with the defence contracting chain.

Frequently asked questions

Can you respond to a defence solicitation?

Yes — LL-TEQ prepares the technical documentation (tests, SOPs, manufacturer's compliance certificate) and coordinates with the prime contractor or contracting authority. Execution remains the contractor's responsibility.

What mobilization timelines?

The product ships in 1,000 L totes by standard freight; the equipment required is ordinary civil-engineering plant (reclaimer or grader, roller, water truck). On documented Landlock jobs, operational surfaces were delivered in 2.5 to 4 days.

What surfaces are covered?

Base roads, staging and parking areas, helipads, temporary strips, tactical access roads — the loading changes, not the product.
